mi-Soft  Radiologist's Workstation

This module provides a comprehensive Reporting Station for the Radiologist.

Can be located at the Practice and/or at remote site/s. Report from a Home Office situation or from a Laptop with an Internet connection while "on the road".

Incorporates a fully integrated Dictation System utilising the reliable Philips Dictation Handsets.

Relevant Referral and Worksheets for the current Study are displayed and all previous Reports for the Patient are immediately available when required.

Enables Electronic Report Approval and allows for Editing of the document by the Radiologist prior to approval if necessary. Correction via further Dictation and resubmission to the Typist is also available.

A seamless interface with Voyager PACS and the Voyager TeleRadiology Workstation is a valuable option which will provide a fully automated workflow from Reception to the Modality to the Radiologist's Workstation utilising Voyager's Dicom Modality Worklist functionality.

Selection of a Patient in the mi-Soft application will load the related Image Study in Voyager (RIS drives PACS) or selecting a Patient's Study in Voyager will open the Patient's details in mi-Soft in preparation for dictation of the Clinical Report (PACS drives RIS).

Integration with  Voyager also facilitates storage of the Clinical Report within the PACS study allowing the Report to be burnt to CD/DVD along with the associated Images for distribution to the Referring Doctor. 

mi-Soft Transcription Workstation

Type Patient Reports from anywhere using this mi-Soft module combined with Microsoft Word and an Internet Connection.

The Transcription application is tailored to fully integrate with dictation generated from the mi-Soft Radiologist's Workstation but will function with input from any source.  Patient and Referring Doctor information is automatically imported into the Clinical Report via custom designed Word templates. Standard formats are easily imported into the Reports as required.

By suitably configuring Referring Doctor requirements, URLs can be automatically imported into the Patient's Clinical Report when the Report is generated. These URLs point to the Reports corresponding Image Study in a PACS and allows the study to be downloaded by the Referring Doctor if using electronic downloads and the Medical Director application.
