Software Support and Maintenance

mi-Soft Solutions contracts annually with it's Clients to provide a high level of support and ongoing maintenance for its products.

Software Support and program updates are generally provided via telephone and modem.

mi-Soft Solutions liaises with other reputable IT organisations such as Network and Computer Hardware providers to ensure that mi-Soft Clients are able to maintain their overall systems to an optimum standard.

Training and Email Services

mi-Soft's Training Staff provide comprehensive training to new and existing Clients in the use of it's product portfolio. Training is generally carried out at the Client's premises and is tailored specifically to the Practice's needs.

mi-Soft Solutions also provides a Secure Email Service to the Practice's Referring Doctors delivering Patient Reports in an encrypted format directly to the Referrer's Clinical Notes system i.e. Medical Director and other popular Clinical Systems.
